Required Skills and Attributes:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification(s)
• A positive, self-reliant, proactive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation
• An engaging mind, open to new problems outside your normal comfort zone
• A team player; willing to engage in debate and discussion whilst considering the view of your colleagues
• Good time management, problem solving skills, well organised and hardworking
• Empathy, a willingness to listen and see others’ points of view
• A creative mind in design with a good attention to detail and a quick learner
• A basic knowledge of automotive structure and systems for engineering
• Good skill in using 2D and 3D design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Alias, Catia etc
• Able to use basic hand tools and have some workshop building or modelling experience
• A keen, hands on, inquisitive attitude towards all aspects of engineering
• Knowledge and experience in all areas of marketing. Be social media savvy with good relevant skills such as copy writing, photography, ecommerce marketing, product promotion and event management for a marketing role.
• Previous internship and work experience in the relevant roles are advantageous
• Full driving license
